Our ReceiptNOW.Elite devices are not being recognized in our IGEL thin clients. Model M340C UD3 LX 50ac on 10.04.100.01. In “USB Devices”, it shows as “Unknown USB 1.10 Device (class 255).
Hi Luis, what kind of device is ReceiptNOW Elite? I have trouble too recognizing the device… Is it just a printer or does it do more?
I’ll get you that info. It’s supposed to be a receipt printer. The vendor stated that they don’t make Linux drivers. So, I was hoping that IGEL may have a compatible driver to use with this device.

I guess USB redirection to a Windows VDI is the only way to make this work. You could use the native or Fabulatech USB redirection depending on your TS protocol.
Kind of late of a reply, but I was not able to get this to work via USB redirection. We had to map the receipt printer via IP with ThinPrint. So, they were networked.
