Is there a technical diagram of the registration workflow?
We’re having issues with the registration of new devices and I have seen the firewall rules for the networks where the Igel devices and the UMS are located and all are what one would expect to see configured.
When manually attempting to register a device, we see the error Cannot connect to remote management server. When checking FW logs, there are no drops in the traffic flow.
As a side note to this, there is nat’ing in between networks.

I’m also wondering if the verbose boot will show any information regarding the registration process.
