We have successfully configured the workstation to work with ICG. We can push the profiles, reboot, shadow, BUT can NOT update the firmware. It seems that the UMS address where the workstation is trying to get that firmware from is an internal IP address of the UMS server, and since this workstation is NOT connected to the network, and only connected via ICG, I receive an error message.
