Hi Samat, I don’t believe there is a way to do so with native install. Normal approach is to set thin clients to sync with ntp time server/pool for this purpose. Similarly set UMS for same.

Any reason for wanting to sync with UMS server specifically?

Network team don’t wanna update DFD design. That’s why I thought about time synch via UMS. Ok I can deploy NTP service on the UMS server.

Are all your the clients internal to your network?

yes

Probably better to use ntp source used by your organization, rather than adding ntp service on individual UMS server. Better yet a pool of servers to improve the reliability, since having synchronized time becomes important with all of the communications flow.
