Hi all, we use Citrix Workspace App on OS 11.8.200, together with virtual Win10-sessions.
If a user now locks his Windows session, and leaves the desktop, the login-window on IGEl desktop is still open…which means, someone diferent can open the session just by clicking the session-icon in the CWA-window on IGEL desktop, and the locked Win-session opens.
For us, this is a security problem.
Does anyone know, how to set a timeout for the CWA-Login-window on IGEL desktop?
You have to configure timeout on the Citrix StoreFront Servers:

And please keep in mind this bug from Citrix:
Thanks so much for your reply, we’ll try that 🙂
