Getting ERROR Certificate invalid in UMS

Has anyone come across this when managing a newly built OS 11 device, when managing with UMS 12.

Could you shadow the device, or check locally if it is registered to another Universal Management Suite maybe?

Factory reset would be worth to check too!

I would make sure that NTP time services are running on all devices.

time was good, shadowing was borked. Factory reset took care of it. Back up and running now
