The company’s IGEL and UMS 6 are set to prohibit access to internet.
We are currently planning to upgrade to UMS 12. How can we enable UMS to access the App Portal?
You can download the apps manually from another device and upload them into the ums
You can also, if your company allows, permit access to app.igel.com from UMS. The clients can get their updates for apps directly from the UMS server
I would work with your network / security team to file exception for access to needed items for IGEL to work as designed.
Your IGEL channel partner or IGEL advanced services can assist in writing the execption.
