How to cancel and delete the file that is stuck on download ‘it is in progress’ in IGEL UMS?


I tried to cancel and delete the file but when trying to download it says it is in progress – any way to fix this issue?

try and delete the file from the bin before re-downloading.

i have also seen this disappearing after hitting reload (F5?) /console restart.
