How to capture real-time logs from end points in IGEL UMS?

I’m getting reports from multiple customers that their Horizon View connections are dropping around a certain time. I want to rule out it isn’t an IGEL issue, so is there a way to capture real-time logs from end points, or see logs from UMS about when devices shut down and why?

Hope that helps!

Dropping the connection around a certain time could be a simple connection timeout by the connection server #itsnotalwaystheclient
