Is there a document outlining how to configure a profile to login to Citrix Cloud? Is it as simple as inputting mydomain.cloud.com mydomain.cloud.com into the Storefront field in the Citrix Profile?
Yes it is that simple mydomain.cloud.com/Citrix/StoreWeb/#/login mydomain.cloud.com/Citrix/StoreWeb/#/login

Then on Path to store you have Citrix/StoreWeb/#/login ?

@member Does it work to assign OS12 profiles to OS11 clients? Or did you configure Citrix Storefront with citrix cloud based on OS11? If yes, do you know how to set up in OS11 profile?
