Hi, I’m trying to configure wake on lan for my IGEL devices and I’m having a hard time trying to get it to work. I’m able to get my proxy device configured but after that I can’t get a device on the same network to wake up. Is there something I need to do on my devices for them to wake up? I can’t find anything in IGEL’s documentation that says anything about that.
kb.igel.com/endpointmgmt-6.10/en/wake-on-lan-57321901.html
kb.igel.com/endpointmgmt-6.10/en/use-a-wol-proxy-for-waking-up-devices-57320620.html
Thanks for the links, looking deeper I’m getting the error message in the image below. Are ICG managed devices just not able to be woken up?
