One of our customer purchased the new “IGEL COSMOS Select PAS 3 year” license pack. When licensing the UD3-LX60 running IGEL OS 11.08.200.1, the UMS console shows a missing license and the client cannot be managed by cloud gateway. Seems the EMP is missing; other clients managed by ICG do have the WE + EMP license. UMS is installed in latest version. Whats missing?
