How to debug devices going offline in UMS and ICG?

Some ICG connected devices appear in UMS as offline even though some of those are actually in use. Where can I start investigating in an effort to improve this situation?

I would collect the logs and open a ticket with IGEL support.

I would also check if updating to Universal Management Suite and icg 12 helps, we integrated a lot of bugfixes in both products since then.
