We are trying to use iGEL thin clients which will connect to Big Board Monitors to display some information.
I am having some issues with the monitor going offline and screen saver.
Can someone please let me know from an UMS policy standpoint what’s the best configuration to get those thin clients to be always on, no screen saver no saving energy settings. Run 100% just full power without any interruptions.
I am having issues finding the right combination of settings to get this configured. Thank you
Hi @member if you disable:
User Interface->Display->Power Options->Handle Display Power Management
AND
User Interface->ScreenLock/Saver/Options/Start Automatically you will end up in a 24/7 running monitor..
