Hi All, i would like to find out what the correct procedure would be to enable WOL, i had it working but soon the users would complain that they can’t shut the devices down, they would just reboot and not switch off.
Sounds like you may have selected too many options. Typically you only want what you are using, if you enable things like “Wake on ARP” or “Wake on Broadcast” the machines will never shuttoff.
Start with “Wake on magic packet”, see if that gets you what you want.
