Hi All, I’m building a PoC UMS 12 lab. I am able to get an IGEL device to register with the UMS, however UMS is unable to download any firmware. When I run a “Check for new firmware updates” check, I get “No Universal Firmware Updates could be detected. Please make sure your UMS-Console has internet access”. I can confirm the server where UMS and Console are running have intetnet access. Can’t proceed to create profiles until I have a firmware installed. This is happening on both UMS 12.01.XX and 12.02.XX. Net new build from scratch.
What version of IGEL OS ? 11 or 12?

@member OS12 Firmware is downloaded from the UMSWeb/ App Portal not from UMS console.
Wow.. management of OS12 seems completely different from OS11. Need to go back and do some updating. Thanks guys for the tips.
