How to make a Buddy master always on?

Hello we would like to set up buddyupdate server that also serve as a normal thin client to work. Therefore we would like to prevent that the employee can shut down this thin client. This is not a problem in itself, shutdown hook out is good. But is there now the possibility that as soon as the employee clicks on shutdown, where then nothing happens, a user-defined dialog appears? IGEL UMS 12.02.100 – OS 11.08.440.01

Hi Richard, easiest tweak? Make it a WOL Proxy:

kb.igel.com/endpointmgmt-12.02/en/use-a-wol-proxy-for-waking-up-devices-90235491.html kb.igel.com/endpointmgmt-12.02/en/use-a-wol-proxy-for-waking-up-devices-90235491.html

It will show a red error on the endpoint ☺️

Ah, yeah thx 🙂
