Hello everyone,
I’m currently testing Igel UMS in connection with a Microsoft Terminal Server (RDP).
There is a telephony client installed on the terminal server. When I connect a headset, for example, Jabra, the audio connection works. If I connect a Gigaset Ion via USB next time, it works as well. However, when both devices are connected, I’m unable to select the audio source. Is there a solution for this?
Another issue is that a call is only possible after the second use of the handset or the headset.
I would be grateful for any tips.
Hello MSC, RDP is limited in terms of Audio capabilities. The best function even if limited is to b reached by using the UCC Guide: www.igelcommunity.com/igel-os-ucc-configuration-guide
