Anyone else using HP MT46 or MT645 thin client laptops? We’re trying to get the touchpad hotkey working but it seems to not want to toggle off/on, even on a bare bone setup with just the one setting. (User Interface > Input > Touchpad > hotkey) it will turn the touchpad off but won’t turn it back on.
We have a case opened with Igel about but they’re not able to reproduce it. Was hoping to see if anyone else with the same model would try it as well to see if the results are the same.
What if you change it to just be Ctrl+T?
Some touchpads just don’t respond to the disable commands too, so it depends on the touchpad in the device. You can try changing the driver as well.
Same issue with ctrl+T What’s also odd is if you set it locally in “Setup” it works. But if you try to set the same settings via UMS profile it doesn’t.
Give this driver a try just in case
registry: userinterface.touchpad.driver
