Is it possible to manually update the firmware without going through UMS? I’m looking to create an IGEL image for SCCM deployment, and would like to update the firmware before I capture the image.

Sure: kb.igel.com/igelos-11.03.100/en/updating-the-firmware-using-a-usb-storage-device-24385521.html
I literally just stumbled across that page after hitting send. Thank you!
