Our customer have a truble in the USB video device can’t redirect to VDI !
IGEL OS= 11.07.170
USB video divice= Logictech C922,
IGEL OS session > Horizon Client > Horizon Client Global > Multimedia > set all to On,
Horizon version= 7.3
Does anyone have this problem before?
If you enable Multimedia redirection is better to not use Native USB redirection. I recommend you UCC guide for details:

Hi Bruno, I also tried that let the USB redirection turns off, but still not working…
If you can, test with one device with firmware 11.08.440.
We have some customers working with Horizon, Logitech C920 webcams and that fw version.
If persists the problem, open a support case for IGEL technicians to verify your profile configuration
Before, verify that local IGEL Webcam utility can see it
