Hello, we use VNC on Igel to remotely connect to the client, and we have configured on windows laptops a IP restriction for the client connections, is it possible to add it to the UMS configuration ? Actually we can use a password and enable or disable VNC, but not restrict which IPs can connect to the clients. Otherwise a firewall restriction for port 5900 would do the job I guess ?
Keep it simple and setup secure shadowing.

Thanks, I was stuck on UMS 12 to use a VNC client as shadowing through the UMS WebApp was not working.
UMS Web App and showing works fine. I would open a ticket with IGEL support to get it fixed.
