I was wondering is there a best practice document I can go off of for using IGEL OS 11 and horizon client with Jabra Engage 65 headsets. We are experiencing audio delay issues and wanted to make sure that we have everything configured correctly in IGEL and horizon client. I know of the options there are inside of devices>Unified communications>Jabra but wanted to know if there is anywhere else i should be looking for settings.
