We are currently on 11.7.170. I am testing 11.8.200 and finding that Zoom is not working. I can open the app and when I click on Settings, its very slow to open, but once open and you navigate to Video, the camera is listed as Citrix HDX, but there is no video. I can downgrade the device to 11.7.170 and everything works again. Has anyone seen this issue? We are on Citrix 1912. Unsure if there is something I just missed reading and we have to make a setting change for 11.8.
Please double check the UCC guide and make sure Zoom the versions are in alignment on the Windows VDI side with the IGEL Zoom version.
