Hi, I am using firmware 11.8.440.01. I have trouble to use the Logitech Keyboard K400+ in an Horizon View session. The Logitech USB Receiver is shown in the list of USB-Devices. But is does no work if selected. But i I install the Logitech Tools in this VM then the Keyboard is detected and i can for example update the firmware. Does anyone have any hints about this?
Hi Hans, usually redirecting HID Devices over Native USB Redirection isn‘t the best way, and I would prefer to exclude it from the list. Redirecting it for a Firmware update is fine though, this is the only way.
Hi, ok, I have denied the HID class in the USB-Redirection settings. Now it works as expected. Pefect and thanks.
