I can’t connect my device via ICG


Hi together,

We have one device that should be reachable with ICG but it seems it cannot connect. All other devices work fine. What could be the issue? I only see something with the users Network not letting conections trough ports 8443? Is there a test URL included with the ICG to be able to test that quickly in a browser?

Make sure that NTP is running for the correct time.

Regarding NTP, as long as they sync on the same server, but are on different time zones it should be ok?
