I can’t find in UMS the menu “view asset information”. What do I wrong? I use UMS 6.10.140 and my IGEL OS are on FW 11.08.361.

Yes, this is how it looks in my UMS…
Are you having EMP on this device? Did you tried to close the Console and restart it?
Got it! No there is no EMP license.
I didn’t know that this is not included in Workspace license 😞
