Hi, all – I have an issue with slowness with the status of iGel status updating within UMS. We recently updated to UMS 6.10.40 and the slowness has occurred since then. We are running ICG 2.05.110 on Ubuntu 18.04 (which goes EOL at the end of May). With all this in mind I have two major questions. The first is whether anyone else is suffering this slowness to update iGel status within UMS (takes around 1 minute) and if yes, any ideas on how to fix it? My second question is what is the best way to upgrade the underlying Ubuntu 18.04 – my understanding is our version was a Hyper-V appliance that was downloaded so what is the best upgrade path to Ubuntu 20.04 (download a new appliance and move specific configuration files across?) ? Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, Marc
Command to update 18.04 to 20.04
sudo do-release-upgrade -d
I would spin up an 18.04 test system and test it out first

One more issue exists as well. We are currently pushing out ICG to all our iGels. The iGels themselves are showing connected to ICG server, UMS is showing connected to ICG server, however virtually (not quite all but 95%+) of iGels with the new ICHG configuration are showing in UMS as offline. Even after a restart of the ICG server and a refresh inside the UMS console virtually all the iGels are showing as offline. Any ideas?
Maybe worth to check how many RAMis assigned to the Universal Management Suite and IGEL Cloud Gateway server.
And adapt the Heap size accordingly:
