I have an Igel UD3-LX60 with OS 11 and a Logitech Cam C922: I connect the IGEL to the Windows 2019 RDS farm, video is ok, but microphone does not work. Same IGEl with a Logitech C920 works. I have activated the following rules HID, Audio, Communications and CDC Control. What else do I need to activate for this to work?
And in addition, are you working with USB Access Control or USB Redirection, wasn’t clear.

Could you try without USB ACL? And, please check in the local sound manager if the mic functions.
That is expected behavior with RDS
RDS uses remoteFX, and is not capable of splitting devices for different functions
Microphone /CAM on the local IGEL OS works fine

Yes, it does. Just used the correct output / input in the local sound manager. @member if I understood you right, it works with another webcam but not that one, right?
Interesting, the global setting is missing for that.
It may be why it was missed. It’s completely different. I think that may be a mistake in the configuration layout
