I reinstalled ums 12 and added an Igel terminal with OS12. If I now want to create a profile, I get the error message “there is no firmware in the database”.
As far as I can tell, there are no corresponding zip files for OS12. am i missing something completely?“`
Hi, if i dont remember wrong, you need to have a IGEL client imported in the UMS before you can create a profile.

License information of the terminal says: sub service set workspace Edition (demo)
Wait wait. OS12 profiles must to be created from UMS web App, not from console. :thinking_face:
