Hi, I worked before with the UDC3 converter and it all worked fine, For another customer we bought a license so I can convince the about the advantage of UDC3 with older laptops. I registered the mac address and downloaded the .lic file and import it in UMS (UMS Administrator). I can see the right unit ID from there and clicking on this ID brings me to the right device but……. I don’t see the expiration date of maintenace subscription. It seems it isn’t registered. Do I forget something? It’s been a year ago when I worked with the UDC3 and I also checked at the other customer but everything seems right? Help? 😕
@member : before getting deeper: which UMS Version are you using?

@member did you had a suggestion what I could have missed?
Anyone else? Tuesday I visit that customer again and have to have this fixed when I want to sell more Igel products to this customer

sounds like you did what I have done in our POC. Not sure what would be missing. Did you try removing the device from UMS and rediscovering it?
Please send an email to license@igel.com in order to check the license itself.
Thanks, I’ll send the license file to Igel. Hopelfully they can help me
