Hi! After updating the UMS to 12.02.120 we have a problem with the webapp. We got an error while working in it. Checked the deamon IGEL Elasticsearch which is running. Starting the webapp on the Server on localhost it is all good.
If restarting Elastisearch service doesn ́t solve the issue, seems a problem with browser cache.
Try to close browser and/or logoff from UMS and retry.
Verify that IGEL RMGUIserver service si running, too.
How much RAM do you have on the UMS server?
Hi Ulrike, I would second RAM, please assign 12 to 16GB.
In addition, please check if turning off the Antivirus helps.
After deactivating Antivirus and restart the install setup again, assigned to 16 GB. Clearing Browser chache , machine reboot, the error is still there.
