I’m trying to use webcam on browser but it’s not working.

Hello everyone!

I’m trying to use webcam on browser but it’s not working. if i go in it.webcamtests.com it.webcamtests.com webcam is recognized because i see light green on the webcam, however output video doesn’t go. I tried with both 11.08.290 and 11.08.330, nothing is working. in icaclient log i’ve this one:

Any idea why webcam device should be busy? i’ve no teams/zoom/everyappwhorequirewebcam opened.

Could you try a 32 Bit Browser just for testing?

Hello Sebastien, yes, webcam works perfectly even in vdi if i’m using zoom or teams, just have an issue while using browser in vdi.

It’ll be hard to use a 32 bit browser, because i’ve already all 64bit browser version…

i read now again for the 2492394234982342 times the ucc guide… i shouldn’t misses any option, however it’s not working.

I can add that i’ve 1 “big” profile in production environmnet with 11.07.140 and everything is working fine. Now i’m testing those new firmware, with a lot of mini profile and i’ve this issue

Also, in the same vdi, the fw 11.07.140, is working

Hello, sure. So i’ve to change also the key related to gstreamer too? I mean, i remember 1 key who has as default value “bcr” but i changed to 1.0 as ucc guide said

Just try to leave this key to its default value and enable bcr as per the screenshot, if it doesn’t help then yes play with the reg key too.

Hi Niccolo,we have the same Problem with HDX Cam , it a problem with citrix worksapce, test the 22.11.00 version.
