Hi guys, we are running 11.08 igel version and have noticed, some users are random logoffs. This is happening to few users randomly, we have checked with imprivata and citrix to no avail. Has anyone seen simillar issue in their environment? It may not be igel, but thought if someone has seen similar behavior in their environment. Thanks in Advance

If you are using any Imprivata PIE agent above 7.5, it may be a known issue causing this, My ticket with Imprivata suggested downgrading to 7.5 until they release 7.9 hf 8. They said that will be out late next week if QA goes well.
