Is it possible to get the Zoom VDI in igel to allow recording in a citrix session?

We can get the option when the zoom vdi is disabled, but when the VDI is enabled the record option does not show up.


Are you talking about the zoom record funtion?

That may or may not work honestly, it would be a question for Zoom.

Normally, with offloading, the way that works is the image is rendered on the endpoint (not on the Citrix session) so the session isn’t actually seeing it. It will just be empty / blank.


Ok, yes that is what I was thinking. Since it was doing the offloading locally I didn’t know if there was a way to record the video within the citrix session.
