Is there a way in UMS to identify which IGELs have the Multimedia Codec Pack installed/enabled?

Yes, go to the field product ID and if you find there a C or AC at the end, there is a MMCP License. Alternatively you may use a View to filter out that devices
OK thanks – if I purchase a MMCP license for a device, till the product ID change to reflect that?
Yes after importing the license to the UMS and rebooting the device you will see a changed product ID
