Hi David, not exactly the cache but some temp folders, yes. First, I guess you already pushed the F5 button?

I would delete every element that references to the Firmware your are missing and retry.
If that doesn‘t work, download the Zip directly from myigel.biz myigel.biz and upload it to UMS, by clicking Universal Firmware=>Context Menu=>Firmware Archive (Zip-File)=>Universal Firmware Update
