Hello, is there a way to not shadow a device over ICG? We have ICG on remote devices to be able to remote/update them off of VPN, however when they connect to VPN, ICG cannot access the because the traffic is blocked. Is there a way to remote into the device not using ICG but the normal connection method since it is connected to the intranet through VPN
You should exclude ICG traffic from your VPN. Managing IGEL devices via a VPN is not supported.
