Hi there,
is there a way to upgrade the firmware on a igel os osc usb stick? If I retry the installation process via preparestick.exe on an already configured usb stick either the partitioning fails or I cant even choose the stick, because it is not visible. Tried to format the stick via diskpart or disk management but it was not successful.
Is there another way?

I had the same issue and diskpart did help on making it visible, did you try the ‘clean’ command ?
Seems to be working now, did try clean via diskpart but it returned an error. Other than that rufus is working, need to try the stick afterwards.
