Is there any possibilitys to set BIOS password or settings with OS 12? I couldn’t find the BIOS tool settings like in OS 11.

unfortunately not from within my knowledge. I will ask for the LVFS tools! We do support LVFS updates only, configs and Password are still under evaluation from what I know.
