Yes. I can have Teams meeting normally on Wyse cline. but Igel not.
That may be, but the config is different for sure and the Wyse client don’t have the optimization, right?

Firmware version is 10.06. I didn’t find Webcan/Mic
OS10 is different as there is no optimization for MS Teams.
But you have to configure as in the first picture and be sure the USB redirection is not active for the Webcam / Mics used (second picture).
Which Citrix version are you running? Or Horizon? Or RDP?

Honestly, your best bet is to upgrade to OS 11.04 and utilize the MS Teams optimization built into the new workspace app @member. It seems to work a lot better than any of the older solutions
I configured the HDX in UMS according to your picture. tut it still doesn’t work.
You’re not on OS11, it won’t work
If I want to use mic, must be O11?
Of course not. Do you see the mic and is the test of it working when opening the sound preferences locally on the IGEL Desktop?
Honestly you will have much better luck with OS 11.04 when using Teams. It _may_ work on OS 10, but the experience for Teams over standard Citrix HDX has never been great.
