Migrating to UMS 12 getting error message that the server doesn’t have internet access.

We can successfully make a connection to the server however when attempting to download the firmware we get an error message that the server doesn’t have internet access.

Has anyone else ran into this before?


On first screen must to show your UMS server IP and configuration.

Which steps did you follow to load latest firmware?

If you don ́t use ICG:

and Communication Ports:

(I suppose that you still not have OS12 devices).


We are trying to make a direct connection (No Proxy). We have mirrored our previous server which we are migrating which we have upgraded as well to UMC 12. No devices have been migrated yet, but the server does find them if we scan the network.
