We have a new Citrix virtual desktop (Server 2019) to move away from the current 2012 R2 desktop, and we are currently doing UAT. We are seeing a weird issue in EMR, when there is a text entry box, the mouse disappears. Only happens on IGEL, same desktop launched in Windows does not have this issue. I’ve taken 2 videos of the Citrix virtual desktop launched via Windows desktop and IGEL PC. Please have a look and let me know if you have any ideas what this might be?
Problem is fixed in CWA 2308, you need to wait for the official IGEL release. Actually CWA is only packaged in private builts.
I had this issue with an older version of iGel OS. The issue is with an older version of CWA for Linux. We now run 11.08.440 and it is fine. CWA is included on all iGel OS builds. 11.08.440 comes packaged with CWA 2307
