Hey everyone, my ICE cert is expiring later this month but when I go to renew it shows the exam is locked. Has anyone seen this before?
You need an active subscription to be able to take the cert test. If you are an IGEL channel partner, you should be able to contact your IGEL contact to unlock the test for x number of days. As I understand it.
Thanks Ron, does that screenshot indicate I do not have an active subscription? My original subscription lapsed but then the following was purchased for me a few months back but this is my first time signing in since: IGEL Academy Premium OS11 Course Bundle
