Hi #igel-cloud-gateway,
I am new to IGEL and its components.
I have setup UMS and try to register my igel os 11(through ICG).
I have followed below steps:
• I bootup my igel os 11.
• Browse to ICG Agent. then entered the details (Ip_address:443).
• On asking for First authentication Key, I provided the same fro UMS(device count increases from 0 to 1).
BUT, I cannot see the my IGEL os 11 device under “devices” in UMS.
Can anyone help me if I am doing something wrong?
What do you see in the logs?

Certificates all correct?
Simple as refreshing UMS?
