Somehow CUPS doesn’t work when I am on my Citrix Productive Servers. But on the Testserver it works fine.
Same GPOs, Same PVS vDisk. At this point, I dont know what to do anymore …
IGEL OS: 11.08.200
Citrix: Windows Server 2022 (latest Updates)
Hi Dominik, the following drivers need to be installed on the Citrix Server or Desktop VDI image.
Citrix Universal Print Driver (Should be included)
HP LaserJet 2800 Series PS Driver (Required for Mac/Linux Clients)
Citrix XPS Universal Printers.

They are all installed. I have 1 VDisk assigned to the Productive Servers and the test Server, and only on the testserver, CUPS does work
Did you follow the rest of the doc already? What is the eventviewer on server side telling?
problem igel -> ctx is the same with win 10 laptop -> ctx
The Problem is probably on the windows image
