Hi All, I’m trying to register an OS11 device on a private network to a UMS 12 instance. I am unable to reach the private network from the UMS appliance to do the discovery. OS 12 was able to connect to the UMS instance. Any tips on how I can get the OS11 device to register with UMS accordingly? Thanks!
Hello Alex, OS11 would require an Igel Cloud Gateway if they are not on the same network.
hmmm.. even though the endpoint is able to reach the UMS?
No it’s not needed if they endpoint can reach ums. Network ports? OS11 needs 30001 or 30005.
