Hello Igel-Friends!
We have another big problem in our Igel Environment :(
The screens suddenly go black in the middle of the Citrix session, but are somehow still active! So they don’t go into standby mode.
The only thing that helps is restarting the Igel – the user can then reconnect to his Citrix session!
Any idea?

See if that matches what you are seeing, and if those registry settings help you?
