Hello, when we try to open our UMS web app, we get these error messages. The services in the UMS server are running. I’ve restarted IGEL RMGUIServer service once. Do you have an idea what we can do to make work again? Thanks in advance
First, test with the local admin user, to make sure it’s not a permission issue. Then restart the services, if that does not work run the installer again and make sure webapp is selected to re-install and make sure the install was good.
local admin has the same error, I already restarted the services. I will restart the server later to see if this works. Thanks
Both services? If you did that then restarting the server probably won’t help. Something didn’t install / upgrade correctly.

Maybe try restarting the UMS.
How much RAM do you have on UMS?
12 GB RAM
FYI I’ve restarted the VM where is installed the UMS server and now we can use the web app. Thanks for the help 🙂
