So her is my issue.. The web cam works in IGEL but not detected in Citrix. Is there anything I can do to get it to work? I have imaged 10 pc with I gel and only 2 of them are giving me this issue
What is different on the two systems with issue:
• Hardware?
• Profile settings?
• With the same user on working and non-working system?
We are currently installing igel 11.07.110 on 2 different HP Model Desktops (HP3500 & HP 280 G2) AND HAVE INSTALLED SUCCESSFULLY.. This last week we have been having issues. Some work with the Webcam others don’t
we tried upgrading the firmware aswell with the same results
I would test with 11.08.290

And if you have two identical systems and settings and one works and the other does not — then can be bad hardware.
I wish it was. The only difference is that one is on 11.7 and the other is on 11.8
